What is your shipping policy?

Currently we are available for local pick-up and Delivery as well as shipping within the United States & Internationally.

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours, unless warm weather is an issue. Our standard shipping days are Monday through Thursday. We will ship on Thursday and Friday if our assessment of weather is that it won’t impact the chocolates.

DOMESTIC

Our chocolates are high quality and perishable.  We take great care to ensure that your order from Bella Sophia Chocolates arrives in good condition and tasting delicious.  The chocolates are packed and protected to ensure safe arrival, we use cold pack inserts and insulated packaging. We ship using either the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery.  We ship orders throughout the continental U.S. to the addresses you provide.  For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, please call us at 714.906.9011 or contact us for rates.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses as our chocolates will be impacted by heat.

Are your chocolates gluten free or vegan?

All of our chocolates and flavors are gluten free except one item (speculaas).  Vegan option will be indicated with a (V) in the description.
